An AEW star has seemingly been injured during the recent taping of Collision, which is due to air on Saturday, July 19.

The taping took place on July 17 at the Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom in Chicago, Illinois and saw a TNT Championship celebration among its proceedings.

The injury seemingly took place in a four-way tag team match that marked one competitors first match since February 2025.

A TNT Championship celebration by Dustin Rhodes opened the show, following his victory at AEW All In Texas.

The celebration was interrupted by Kyle Fletcher and Don Callis.

Recent AEW signing Alex Windsor defeated Taya Valkyrie (with MxM Collection & Johnny Collision.

Toni Storm demanded Athena sign her Casino Gauntlet title shot contract, but the ROH Women’s World Champion didn’t appear.

Thanks to an assist from Gates of Agony, Ricochet defeated AR Fox.

Megan Bayne beat Tay Melo in their match.

The four-way $200,000 tag team match featured Big Bill & Bryan Keith, The Gunns, Gates of Agony, and CRU.

Separate reports show that Gates Of Agony (Bishop Kaun & Toa Liona) won the match.

During the match, Colten Gunn may have suffered a right knee injury, although there is no confirmation of this at the time of writing.

A fan shared a photo of Gunn being escorted from ringside by AEW medical, stating that he was limping.

A five-minute invitational saw Kyle Fletcher of the Don Callis Family beat Max Caster.

Rush beat Kaysuyori Shibata thank to a distraction from The Beast Mortos.

Bandido, JetSpeed & Mascara Dorada defeated The Don Callis Family (Hechicero, Josh Alexander & Rocky Romero)

The Gunns had only just returned to AEW television at All In Texas, with their last appearance before that being the February 11 episode of AEW Dynamite, losing to World Tag Team Champions The Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin).
